3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration and Security

To access deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals on 777jo you must register an account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information if it changes.

4.1

One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active account on 777jo. Duplicate accounts created using different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers are strictly prohibited. If 777jo identifies that a player has registered more than one account, all accounts will be suspended, all associated bonuses cancelled, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided pending investigation.

4.2

KYC Verification

777jo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the stated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is resolved.

Account Closure

Before requesting closure, ensure all pending bets are settled and any available balance is withdrawn. 777jo reserves the right to close or suspend any account found in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation poses a security risk.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777jo — deposits into your account balance and withdrawals of winnings — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the payment methods accepted by the platform at the time of the transaction.

5.1

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 777jo accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Depositing funds from third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — is prohibited. Deposits are credited instantly to your 777jo account balance upon confirmed payment.

5.2

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification (Section 4.2). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 777jo aims to process withdrawals for verified accounts within 5 to 10 minutes, though processing times may be longer during peak periods. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

5.3

Transaction Disputes

If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly, or a withdrawal has not been received, you must contact 777jo support at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised more than 30 days after the transaction date may not be investigated. Retain your mobile payment receipts as evidence; 777jo may request these during the investigation process.

777jo does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) are outside 777jo's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

777jo offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus rules in this section. Where a specific bonus term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence.

6.1

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed at the time the bonus is offered and in the Bonuses section of your account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.2

Bonus Abuse

777jo reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void related winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a player has exploited a promotional offer, used multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, used third-party software or coordinated betting strategies to abuse bonus terms, or provided false information during registration. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of 777jo.

6.3

Promotional Eligibility

777jo reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion or bonus offer. Promotional offers may be limited to specific player segments such as new registrations, players who have deposited within a certain period, or players in specific geographic locations within Bangladesh. Players who are self-excluded or have imposed deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777jo platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, winnings voided, and deposits forfeited at the sole discretion of 777jo:

  1. Opening or operating more than one account on the 777jo platform, regardless of the identity or payment details used.
  2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the 777jo platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
  3. Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using 777jo as a vehicle for the transfer of funds obtained through illegal activity.
  4. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during account registration or KYC verification, including misrepresenting your age.
  5. Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
  6. Colluding with other players, sharing account credentials, or engaging in any coordinated strategy designed to circumvent the fairness of any game or betting market on 777jo.
Warning: 777jo actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is identified, 777jo reserves the right to report relevant information to appropriate authorities in addition to closing the account.

8. Responsible Gaming

While 777jo takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions. 777jo will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

10. Amendments to These Terms

777jo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the 777jo platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
